Abstract/Summary
Currently telephone subscribers are limited to use the telephone for one purpose at a time. Time is not optimized with the current telephone system. When data communication is being performed the phone is tied down and cannot be used to communicate by voice. In lieu of this, there is now what people call is DOV which stands for Data Over Voice communication. This type of communication allows two telephone subscribers to transfer data via their computers and at the same time communicate by voice over the same telephone line. The need for such a system arises when two subscribers need to send data from one subscriber to the other subscriber and discuss other important matters at the same time. This greatly reduces time required for performing both tasks and thus reducing cost as well.
