Abstract/Summary
This thesis defends the notion that an event is an appropriate medium for an organization to communicate its organizational culture to its internal members. The organization aims to communicate a best practice, which is their organizational culture. The communication event was a 1-day fiesta-themed event. A qualitative method for studying organizational culture helped shape the event. Post evaluation of the event revealed that the event was successful.
This study partnered with Damascus Foundation, an NGO focused on drug rehabilitation, located in Dona Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan.
