Abstract/Summary

Capitol Wireless Inc., or CAPWIRE is a telecommunications company that provides solutions to its domestic and international clients. Its aim is to become one of the major service providers in the country, by offering a complete line of practical, dynamic and cost-effective services.

CAPWIRE stated its need for communication materials to launch their new corporate image and logo. The proponents hereby produced a print package composed of an Institutional Print Advertisement, a Company Profile and a Co-Workers' Handbook.

The Institutional Ad was conceptualized and designed with the primary goal of introducing CAPWIRE's new logo and additional services as symbol of its renewed commitment as a telecommunications company. The 1/4 page (5 X 24 col/cm), full-color ad was published in the Business Section, page 9, of the August 25, 1997 issue of the Manila Bulletin.

The Company Profile was designed to inform and update CAPWIRE's domestic and international clients of its brief history, vision, facilities/services, co-workers and future plans. The full-color Company Profile measured 9 X 8 inches and has 8 pages.

The proponents also re-designed and revised the content of CAPWIRE's employee's manual as well as changed its name to Co-Workers' Handbook. The handbook, which measured 5.75 X 8 inches, has a full-color cover and chapter dividers. The handbook serves as an updated reference material for CAPWIRE's co-workers about their salary and benefits, responsibilities, administrative policies and other information regarding CAPWIRE.

All these materials are CAPWIRE's major communication vehicles in preparation for the launching of its new corporate image and logo which will take place before the year ends.
