Abstract/Summary
It is a fact that decision making is a very vital factor in an advertising agency. Although manning an advertising agency need a lot of skills especially which are related to the creative part, there are other routines which are somehow neglected which causes an erratic schedule in the production of an advertisement. Convey (PHILS.) Advertising, Incorporated has encountered one big problem in producing an advertisement, thus causing the delay in meeting the deadline when the advertisement should be released. Because of this problem, an answer was provided to better monitor the operation internally since producing an advertisement needed ideas which are conceptualized within the agency. The creation of an immediate plan will be magnified since placement of the advertisement should be based not only on what the client wants but on how the placement be placed. It was seen that a Decision Support System be made to better monitor and maintain the operation of the agency and the proper scheduling of the activities to be made when a new project comes in as well as the old ones.
