Abstract/Summary

Vision and mission statements provide a logical direction for any organization. Therefore, there is a need to communicate these messages to all internal stakeholders because organizational members are vital in making organizational goals happen. It is for this reason that the proponents devised an internal communication strategy exclusively for Cello's Doughnuts and Dips to address the organization's urgent need to communicate its vision and mission statements and their respective interpretations. The framework proposed by Arthur Samansky was utilized as it recognized the importance of making an organization's culture the core for creating such an internal communication strategy.
