Abstract/Summary
This study involves examining the constitutionality of sections 6, 7, and 33 of R.A. 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. The goal of this study is to clear the cloud that surrounds these provisions. This has been done by examining local documents, cases, and laws. Upon examination of these materials, it becomes clear that said provisions are constitutional.
