Abstract/Summary

Circle of Friends Foundation, Inc. (COFF) is a non-government organization that aims to promote inclusivity and equality for persons with disabilities (PWD). The purpose of this study is to improve the current communication strategy of COFFI with its volunteer when interacting with PWDs.

A Volunteer Communication Program was deemed to the best solution for COFFI's organizational communication problem. The Volunteer Communication Program contains an Orientation Manual, for reference use of COFFI employees, a PowerPoint presentation to be used as visual aid for the volunteers and Organizational Feedback Form to measure and evaluate the information presented. All of which come together as deliverables of COFFI orientation given to volunteers before their interaction with PWDs.
