Abstract/Summary

After conducting a communication audit on Children's Hour, the proponents have found that the materials used in their current communicative process, face-to-face communication with PowerPoint, are insufficient in communicating the need to fund their Health and Nutrition and Child Welfare and Development Program to their stakeholders. This theses addressed the problem by revising their current PowerPoint Presentation, producing three 2-minute videos, and a booklet of projects of Children's Hour. The PowerPoint Presentation was revised in terms of content and design to properly inform the audience on the programs of the organization. The videos contain the narrative of how Children's Hours has helped make the lives of the children better. Lastly, the booklet of projects is used to give a more detailed description on the projects. Overall, the materials received positive feedback and these materials helped the organization relay the message of the need of funding and acquiring support from potential corporate donors.
