Abstract/Summary
Center for Disaster Preparedness (CDP) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that aims to build safer and more resilient communities through extending its knowledge on disaster prevention and preparation to disaster-prone communities.
In 2016, CDP has created a program that aims to extend from just communities to different schools as well to educate the youth on its cause as well. For this program to succeed, the organization needs 50 youth leaders aged 12 to 17 to stand as ambassadors for the organization and its advocacy. Having these youth leaders will help CDP reach out and communicate better to its target audience.";"To address this situation, the proponents created a digital campaign specifically designed to recruit youth volunteers for CDP's upcoming program. This digital campaign was implemented heavily on Facebook and Twitter and includes 3 e-posters and 3 videos throughout the campaign. It also includes the reconstruction of CDP's website and a manual that explains how to run a digital campaign should they want to do one again. This manual also explains how CDP will be able to sustain a youthful image throughout its social media accounts to its target public.
