Abstract/Summary

eJeepney Transport Corporation (EJTC) is a commercial business enterprise that embodies socially responsible profit through public and private electric jeepney (eJeep) transportation in the Philippines. EJTC is in charge of both distributing eJeeps and supplying its drivers, making the organization responsible for teaching the drivers on the proper maintenance and operations of the eJeep.

Through this study, it was found that messages relayed during driver training sessions were inadequate and inconsistent. The company aims to expand its operations by the end of 2014, which will lead to the addition of eJeep units and drivers to orient and teach. This increases the need for a more standardized training strategy that will be able to provide level yet adequate knowledge to larger audiences.

The training video for EJTC contains basic information on the eJeep product and discusses maintenance and procedural modules. It seeks to address inadequacy and inconsistency of information given out on eJeep driver training sessions by improving and standardizing training images and messages with the aid of a video.
