Abstract/Summary
The proponents produced an online DH information kit to increase the level of awareness and knowledge of first-time domestic helpers on their rights and how they should respond in case these get violated. They developed the online kit using Redish's model of information design process-planning the information, planning the project, organizing selecting the content designing pages or screens drafting and testing, producing the final copy and continuing the process – and later employed three forms of evaluation methods to determine its effectiveness. Based on the results, the Online DH Information Kit was proven to be useful as the target audience was able to properly identify the purpose of each material and comprehend the information contained in it. Overall, the online kit was able to strongly make a huge impact in the cognitive aspect of the audience's lives thus fulfilling their goal of being well-informed first-time domestic helpers.
