Abstract/Summary
The organization is BED which stands for Bar, Entertainment and Dining. It's a bar and restaurant that has a unique concept of dining in beds. There are three branches of BED which can be found in Eastwood, Greenbelt 3 and Mall of Asia.
The problem is the lack of communication tools that will aid in coming up with an effective training program. BED is a young company that started on December 13, 2004. The organization needed help in producing communication tools that would help them deliver their message to the prospective waiters/servers, on giving quality customer service.
The thesis project is a training video to be used in helping the human resource department train the prospective waiters/servers of the organization. The training video focuses on customer services, specifically the sequence of service. This is found in module four of the training program.
