Abstract/Summary

This study aims to describe the change dynamics of the organization and the change outcomes after migration. It also aims to present the change dynamics in relation to the features of the organization and migration challenges. The study utilized three change management models namely Agile Management, Accelerated Implementation Methodology, and Bridges Leading Transition Model for Change. The organizations nature of services and the size plays a crucial part in the process of selecting the right change management model to use. Unsuccessful migrations are caused by wrong choice of change management models. The data of the study were collected from 30 managers of the organizations who have been working for them for almost one year before the migration. The study found out that the features of the organizations played a crucial role on the selection of the change dynamics to be used. Organizations that have not made the right selection of change dynamics experienced a lot of problems during the migration process. The study also found out that organizations reasons for migration are to increase productivity, to be updated in the trends in business and technology, and to have minimal cost with the latest communication and productivity tools.
