Abstract/Summary

This anthology consists of a selection of 30 Philippine ecopoems in English, or translated into English from other Philippine languages, published within the years 2000-2015.

The paper is concluded in a short essay entitled Toward a deeper ecology, which will conclude the process and synthesize how contemporary Philippine ecopoetry may contribute to shifting self-paradigms, shaping realities, and the development of ecological consciousness through an awareness of place and space, and the experience of its thresholds.
