Abstract/Summary
This study is an exposition of some of the results from the second section of the paper entitled The Skew Energy of a Digraph by Adiga, Balakrishnan and So [1] which appeared in the Elsevier Journal: Linear Algebra and Its Applications in the year 2010. In this study, we discuss in detail, proofs regarding the eigenvalues, the characteristic polynomial, how to determine the values of its coe cients, i ts skew adjacency matrix and finally, the skew energy of a digraph. We have also expounded the proof for the upper and lower bound of the skew energy of a digraph.
