Abstract/Summary
This paper discusses the effect of gender and risk tolerance in the investment decision of bank traders. The researchers made use of the answers on the survey questions of bank traders. Logistic regression was used to determine the significance of each variable. Marginal effects after logit regression was use to determine the predicted probability of each group of respondents. With the method, the researchers were able to determine the significance of both gender and type of trader.
