Abstract/Summary

The Philippine real estate industry is an industry that is thriving as the economy goes. The industry has been procyclycal which means that the industry grows if the economy grows. It has been growing rapidly in recent times as everywhere today one can see structural developments being built in different parts of Metro Manila and urban cities. In order to see what drives the performance of the industry, the study aimed to provide useful information to determine what factors can affect the performance of the industry. The factor used as the measure of size which is the total asset of the firms. The corporations used are listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. The findings determined the relationship of the size of the companies to the efficiency of the real estate industry.
