The proponents of this study shall attempt to provide a new Limitation on Copyright in favor of the deaf and hearing-impaired persons in addition to the latest provision added in favor of the blind, visually-, and reading-impaired.
This study covers the Law on Copyright not only in the Philippines but also to other countries who are State Parties to international treaties such as the Berne Convention, UN Convention on Persons With Disabilities, Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights.
