Abstract/Summary

This is the documentation of the Traineeship Program at National Transmission Corporation. The company provides electric utilities to its customers nationwide in order to satisfy stakeholders and nation's demands. National Transmission Corporation is a government-owned company formed on March 1, 2003.

As a partial fulfillment to graduation requirements, students have to undergo On-The-Job Training (OJT). National Transmission Corporation assigned a project to a student in order to test and enhance her skills and knowledge. The OJT Program enhances students' ability to work in a real environment. The student must know his/her role to the organization in able to efficiency function within the workplace.

The OJT Program provides opportunity to students of De la Salle-Canlubang to be exposed in particular industries. Students are able to apply the courses of the academe which are essential in the chosen industry.
