Abstract/Summary
Over the year in college, we encountered different trials that can mold us and practice our skills to apply in our future. While the experience was memorable, we are responsible to learn and apply out knowledge to satisfy our supervisors. The tasks that were encountered during this trainee's on the-job-training is discussed in detailed, as well as the several skills that were practiced and lessons learned in this experience. The paper tries to explain the challenges that trainee was able to accomplish, the basic rules to be followed, and the learned principles that would be useful in the field of Business Management. The description of principles learned would allow the trainee show how much learning was acquired and how effective the courses taken during the College Academic years.
