Abstract/Summary

This is all about the experiences that I had as a trainee in working at a real corporate environment. The things we learned from school and the management principles are important in doing an internship.

To work on a project that will test some skills like decision-making and time management is required. My project is to improve and make new ways that might help the Operations Management department of Wyeth Philippines, Inc. in documentation or filing of different kinds of paper.

This project is for sharing my idea on how to improve or help them in maximizing the small storage room they have and making it easy for them to search for the document/s they are looking for. Aside from that it may help them minimize the cost in spending for the compilations of their documents.

Having this internship, I have learned a lot of traits like oral communication, adapting to new environment, creativity and resourcefulness, and planning and organizing. And this internship helped me discover my strengths and weaknesses and a chance to know myself more through work.
