Abstract/Summary
The research paper was made to compare the Unilateral or the No-fault Legal Separation Law of California with the Legal Separation Law of the Philippines. This was also conducted to see if the application of similar provisions in the California State Law will give the same effects such as decrease of domestic violence, suicide rate and partial treatment of individuals in cases regarding separation.
