Abstract/Summary

Liquid Graphics goal is to grow in terms of profitability company awareness and preference. To be in a position where the company becomes a top-of-mind printing company.

Liquid Graphics is currently living up to its goals and short-term objectives. It is penetrating a niche market of digital printing and large format printing market and is being stable in terms of profitability. However, there are changes that are occurring within the company that needs monitoring by the incorporators to keep the company focused and on the right track of achieving its goals by following all its objectives.

Liquid graphics will achieve this through better control of its internal factors, purchasing new machinery, hiring more employees, and investing more capital for the company's activities. It is estimated that the company will spend almost one million pesos next year on investments related to the strategies and programs we have suggested.

The effect of our proposed strategies should help solve a few problems such as poor cash flow, delay in delivery of print material, and wasted resources. The strategies should also help make the company more efficient, profitable, and more stable.
