Abstract/Summary
This is a study that will deal with Happy Feet Wilson. The retail plan will result to an increase in sales of P 1, 743, 294.99, resulting in a gross sales of P 7,958,899.99, or a 28% increase in gross sales. This retail plan aims to maintain awareness of the store. The researchers have proposed certain promotions and programs that will make sure that the intended increases will be achieved.
The promotions are as follows: the Happy Feet Frequency Card, Happy Feet Discount Card, Red Sale, and Be cool in school. In terms of programs, there is a proposed team building event for the company that will take place in Batangas. In terms of advertising, Happy Feet will have inserts in the billing statements of Citibank. Another is the proposed parking slot marking. Along with that, is the parking lot spotlight which will help the customer park easily. The next program is to improve the marquee of Happy Feet. There will standardize the selling approach of their sales staff. Another program will be the POS system, which will serve as a customer database, and a computerized inventory system. With this customer database, they will be able to launch another proposed program which is the Happy News (E-Newsletter). The next recommendations are in the form of in store changes which will be the addition of a scent, and a staple Music Compilation. Lastly, is the implementation of the proposed uniforms for the Happy Feet Sales staff in Wilson.
All the promotions and programs will cost Happy Feet, P168, 002.04. Happy Feet will increase its Net Profit from P726,484.78 to P 866,552.25.
