Abstract/Summary
RCreations Corporation will be the name of the company. It will be in the business of manufacturing Strap-it, a kind of bookstrap conceptualized by the researchers of this paper. The company's main office, and at the same time it's plant site, will be located at Room 908 of the Mercure Millennium Plaza Hotel, Eduque St., Makati Ave., Mla. Strap-it book strap is made out of 1-inch nylon straps, which may be up to 9 inches long, sewn together to hold up to 5 books and notebooks horizontally by its 2 side release locks and vertically by its Velcro strips. It's made portable by its handle made likewise of 1-inch nylon strap material.
The Corporation projects to sell 1,067 units for the whole 36-week period of production, with a unit selling price of P60 yielding to a total sales of P63,660. Each of the incorporators will invest P 700 at the beginning of the business venture, which will give the Corporation an initial capital of P 6,300. It expects to attain a ROA of 159,71% and ROE of 159.71% as well. The total cost of the project will be P 6,300 for the initial month of operations. The total cost will be P 4,478,51.
The incorporators of RCreations Corporations will be Charmaine Alcain, Madeleine Avanzado, Catrina Gonzales, Corinne Lee Lora Misenas, Jenifer Ong, Kristine Pamparo, Sheryl Suarez and Jason Tan.
