Abstract/Summary
The study mainly tackles on one of the Digital Imaging Products of Kodak Philippines, Ltd. The proponents focused this study on a Digital Print Station, specifically Kodak Image Magic. The purpose of the study was to know the market potential of Kodak Image Magic among Kodak Express Patrons and Dealers.
The research done by the proponents of this study was a descriptive type of research. The proponents were able to present the profile of the current needs of the consumers of Kodak availing and not availing the services of the digital print station. The apprehensions and acceptability of Kodak Express dealers in investing in this equipment were also noted by the researchers to complete the study. The study presented by the proponents is both qualitative and quantitative in nature. The researchers made use of a non-probability sampling for the survey and the interviews conducted.
The findings show that there is a market potential for digital imaging products and services, specifically Kodak Image Magic. Print Station among consumers and dealers in Metro Manila. However, there were some dislikes from the consumers and apprehensions from the dealers. All of these dislikes and apprehensions were noted by the proponents. Thus, the researchers were able to give some recommendations to address these concerns. On the other hand, there were also some satisfaction from the consumers and dealers. Again the researchers were able to address this positive attitude on KIM by giving recommendations to continue the good output.
