Abstract/Summary

The Feasibility study of Board-Abilities Corporation's Corky-White is composed of five parts, which focuses on various aspects of the proposed business.

The Market Study explains the primary and secondary market, which are to be tapped by Board-Abilities Corporation. It highlights the survey's importance, procedures, method used in data analysis, as well as its results. It determines the monthly demand and market share of Corky-White. It gives a detailed price analysis and the different marketing strategies to be used by Board-Abilities Corporation. The market study finds that Corky-White is saleable. The customers would prefer the product to be affordable and, at the same time, fashionable.

The Technical Study discusses the different designs of Corky-White. It also discusses the step by step process of making the product and the plant's capacity in terms of daily production. It gives the reader an overview of how the different resources are turned into finished product. It also shows the processes by which the proponents follow using two separate parallel assembly lines. This part of the study lists the different raw materials, supplies, tools, and their corresponding suppliers. It gives a detailed layout of the plant and its location. Aside from that, it discusses the different building facilities and utilities available in the plant site. Lastly, it discusses the different waste disposals for all unutilized resources. The workers of Board-Abilities Corporation will be producing 58 units every production day. The cycle time is 16.55 times per production day, and there will be 3 workstations at the plant site.

For Management and Legal Study, it explains why Board-Abilities has decided to choose a corporate form of ownership as well as its term of existence. It explains the reason for choosing such name and its symbolism. It lists the different incorporators, Board of Directors, and stock ownership. It explains the type of organizational structure as well as the duties and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, Executive Officers, and other Key officers. Lastly, it enumerates the different general administrative programs and the corporation's project schedule. lastly Board-Abilities Corporation has decided to have a functional organizational chart.

The next chapter, which is the Financial Study, states the different assumptions for the company's financial-standing. All budgets and statements projected by Board-Abilities Corporation can be found here as well as the financial ratios and analysis. The group members can very much afford to put up the business. Significantly, the accounts show all sign of profits.

The Socio-Economic Study explains the factors that contribute to social desirability of the project and the impact of Board-Abilities Corporation to its various stakeholders. The group may have a minimal impact on society but it will definitely make a big difference in our lives.

The last chapter, Conclusions and Recommendation, gives a review of all the previous studies conducted to determine the feasibility of Corky-White.
