Abstract/Summary

This thesis presents topology on finite sets. In the analysis, the concepts of boolean algebra and lattice were used. These helped the researchers to come up with ideas about topology on finite sets. Basic ideas that were discussed include finding a topology and a base for a topology from a given set. It also included concepts on functions and checking for their continuity by using matrices and performing its operations on them.

The researchers also provide a review of definitions, other concepts and theorems on topology. Such theorems were provided in detail through the aid of other references. All of these were necessary for the discussion of topology on finite sets.
