Abstract/Summary

The designed Polarographic Analyzer is a PC-based polarographic system capable of analyzing chemical solutions using different methods such as linear sweep, pulse, cyclic and differential pulse, combined with anodic technique. The system to be developed will be mainly for trace analysis of toxic heavy metals like cadmium, lead and zinc. The necessary data for and after the analysis were stored in the database. The behavior of the Polarographic Analyzer of producing the desired input voltage signal to the electrochemical cell to be tested and acquiring output signals from the solution is the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis. And from there, conclusions were derived.
