Abstract/Summary

The main objective of the study is to determine the residents' perceived changes in their Quality of Life that occurred 18 years after the Zonal Improvement Program (Z.I.P.) was implemented at Brgy. 717 Zone 78, Leveriza. Specifically it aims to answer the following questions: (1) what were the residents' observed changes in their Quality of Life in the aspects of housing, facilities & basic services, income, participation in community organizations, peace & order, health, and education (2) How were the Quality of Life affected by their observed changes? (3) What are the residents' aspiration two or more years from the present time?The researcher design used was descriptive. Interviews and observation served as the instrument and questions asked were incorporated structures and open-ended types.Thirty residents of Brgy. 717 Zone 78 served as respondents whose ages ranges from 27-61.Results indicate that the residents have observed changes in their Quality of Life in the aspects of housing, facilities & basic services, participation in Community organizations, peace & order, health, and education, except in income. Furthermore, respondents claim an over-all answer of satisfaction with their Quality of Life.
