Jobert Shirt Factory produces men's wears specifically, the short sleeved shirts, shorts and t-shirts. The study focuses on the presentation of a solution to the problems encountered by the management with its existing manual inventory and accounting systems. The solution is a proposed computerized system. This system is subdivided into two submenus, namely, the accounting and inventory systems. The accounting system generates records for statement of accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable on a per customer and monthly basis. The inventory system generates and stores records pertaining to the quantities and values of all types of finished product and raw materials.
