Abstract/Summary
This paper demonstrates the applicability of scientific inventory policies for continuous review of multiple raw materials in any manufacturing set-up. Such inventory policies are constructed so as to maintain an adequate supply of raw materials for production processes, thus the level of raw materials is controlled so as to block too much capital in the form of idle resources.
