Abstract/Summary

A story about how a girl gets superpowers in order to help defend her deaf brother from the bullies, eventually realizes that she doesn't need these powers in order to be a hero and help him.;"This book, for children aged 5-8, aims to be an aid in teaching kids young about their purpose and the value of their bodies as seen on Pope John Paul II's Theology of the body focusing on his ideas on the spousal meaning of the body, which he defines as the body's power to express love, precisely that love in which the human person becomes a gift and through this gift fulfills the very meaning of his being and existence. The way our bodies are created shows its purpose: union and communion through a sincere and fruitful gift of self. Pope John Paul II stresses how we are made for good and how we are made for others.

This book will be focusing on the following themes: 1. The body was made for and can be used for good. 2. Chastity is a virtue which allows one to use their bodies as gifts to others. 3. Chastity reminds people to align our body and spirit for good."
