Abstract/Summary

Future Spark, a CCS Multimedia Presentation on the Pre-Confirmation Orientation in a pioneer multimedia system to provide information to CCS incoming freshmen. Different forms of media such as text, graphics, videos, sounds and animations are combined wherein users can experience and get information that can acquaint them about DLSU and most importantly, the College of Computer Studies.

The study aims to create an interactive multimedia presentation on the Pre-Confirmation Orientation for CCS incoming freshmen student and their respective parents. To achieve this, the proponents made a needs assessment survey and identified the needs of the users. It also aims to gather and digitize the different information available, construct a storyboard, design and implement the system in Macromedia Authorware 4.0.

Interactive multimedia System, Future Spark, provides incoming freshmen with new and more innovative too to understand and familiarize themselves of the things that CSS can offer them during their life college life. Future Spark is a title implemented using the latest multimedia technology, which allows the presenter or speaker to present information in their own pace and discretion."
