Abstract/Summary
The macrobenthic algae from Vistamar Beach Resort in Anilao, Mabini, Batangas were collected, preserved, identified and classified based on morphological characteristics.There were five species of macrobenthic algae collected namely: Halimeda opuntia from division Chlorophyta, Sargassum ilicifotium from division Phaeophyta and Amphiroa fragilissima, Gelidium pusillum and Galaxaura subfruiticulosa from division Rhodophyta.
