Abstract/Summary
Water quality analysis of Cainta River was done from June to November 1995 to be able to classify it based on the DENR Administrative Order No. 34. Samples were collected once a month and were studied for their physical, chemical and biological parameters such as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen content, alkalinity, acidity, hardness, conductivity, total suspended solids, nitrate content and orthophosphate content. Based on the parameters considered, Cainta River may be classified as Class D.
