Abstract/Summary
Protein fraction was extracted from the hepato-pancreas of pre-sexually mature (30-35 mm) golden apple snail, Pomacea sp. Twenty grams of hepato-pancreas was used for the isolation of protein. Protein was extracted with PBS (pH 7.2) and partially purified by gel filtration method. Two replicates were used. Three runs in the column were done per replicate. Elution profile of the sample showed three peaks.
