Abstract/Summary
Executive Summary. Araullo High School is a government institution that provides secondary education. It is one of the public schools in the Philippines that caters to a large number of students. Currently, the school has around 6000 students enrolled. Because of this, generation and monitoring of student records, as well as faculty records require a lot of time and paper work. As the demand of Araullo High School services to its students and faculty increases, an information system that will aid them in their operation is needed.
Information is a very vital resource to any organization including an institution like Araullo High School. Proper handling, and management of this resource is very much needed in such an environment. The Araullo High School Information aims to answer this requirement through the integration of the enrollment, student and faculty information system. Automation of the following activities will make the generation of necessary papers faster as well as more accurate data acquisition and monitoring, thus saving time and effort. The system will cater to the needs of the school staff. Student evaluation will be well facilitated with the use of the information readily provided by the system.
