Abstract/Summary

Today more and more businesses are riding the wave of the information super highway. Following in this path, the researchers sought carefully researched data on the market, technical, management legal, financial, and socio-economic aspects of their proposed business. The information gathered will help the researchers better understand the proposed venture and prove its feasibility.

The market study includes the results of the researchers' survey. This portion identifies a demand within the market population and determines the target market within this population. The survey will also establish market strategies and product adjustments to be employed by the researchers to better suit the requirements of their target market.

The technical study shows the production process used by the researchers to create a prototype of their product. This was done through a time and motion study in which the researchers also determine production capacity and cycle time for a product. Part of this study also included the suppliers of the group, production schedule, plant site, plant layout, labor requirements, and waste disposal method.

The management legal portion of the study, contains important information on the organizational structure of the group. In this portion the researchers determined the kind of business ownership they shall follow. The researchers included the officer and manager positions within the corporation and their qualifications and duties. Another important part of the management legal study was the registration of the members into the corresponding dummy offices to start a business and the papers required of their corporation. The rules and regulations of the corporation were also placed in the section to guide their operations.

The financial study includes the projected financial statements of the corporation. These statements show whether the business will make a profit and provide concrete grounds for the feasibility of the venture.

In the socio-economic aspect of the study the researchers will determine the social responsibility of the group. This section will show the positive learning's the group can receive from the business.

In the end, it will be all these aspects put together which shall determine the feasibility of the business the researchers intended to enter. Upon establishing the feasibility of the venture they will be able to continue on and eventually start operating their business.
