Abstract/Summary

ISP-Solanda is a three-year Information Systems Plan for Solanda Enterprises, Inc. It aims to provide the company an appropriate plan which uses Information Technology for better information handling.

The methodology used to develop the plan is Information Systems Strategy Planning model by James Martin. The tools used are Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), Critical Success Factor (CSF) Analysis, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) Analysis, Matrices, and Problem Analysis.

The plan will improve the existing system of the company by introducing suitable processes and systems that the proponents deem appropriate after thorough analysis of the current activities of the company.
