Abstract/Summary
In the business setting today, companies have to work smoothly to maintain their competitiveness. The rate of innovation today is very fast and companies should make sure that they are able to keep up with its pace. Companies now invest in things that could help them in their growth and in strengthening their competitiveness. This then leads to the study which will identify how the performance and skills that the return migrants have acquired from working abroad could be used as a tool for growth in companies. The performance of the company will be assessed from the time before they hired significant number of return migrants versus what the company has become after hiring return migrants. The researchers have hypothesized that the skills that the return migrants have acquired from working abroad have been beneficial to the company because it has became their expertise which non-migrants do not have.
