Abstract/Summary
This thesis is a customer service training video that will standardize training programs and enhance the customer service skills of station personnel. The video will cover step-by-step the SEAOIL C.A.R.E.S. Babalik Procedure, which is a new customer service culture that has been adopted by SEAOIL, It will be shown at SEAOIL Academy-Manila & Mindanao and on-site at stations for the Basic Station Operations Course that is conducted twice a month for station trainees.
It will also be a part of the Basic Station Operations Training Program where all levels of station personnel will be required to attend and pass the program. This is also to ensure that all station personnel are well trained and qualified based on company standards.
