Abstract/Summary
This thesis focused on the internal communication problem of the organization 2211 Works. 2211 Works' communication problem is their management's inability to acquire performance feedback from their mechanics through their current feedback system. This communication problem was addressed through the four phases of this thesis. These four phases are: the evaluation of their present feedback system, the construction of a new feedback system, the implementation of the new feedback system, and the assessment of the effectiveness of the new feedback system.
