Abstract/Summary
This paper is a descriptive study that determined if the modified business center concept model of Luxus Inc. is acceptable to its target market.
This paper analyzed three industries: the furniture, the virtual office, and the business center industries. To analyze the industries problems, competitive advantage, and the opportunities they present, the STEEPLE analysis, Porters Five Forces Framework, and the SWOT matrix were utilized.
It was determined that the intelligent office industry, composed of the virtual office and business center industries, is an emerging industry. This paper tackled how the opportunities present in the rise of the intelligent office industry can be taken advantage of by the furniture industry.
This paper likewise determined the target market of the intelligent office industry, their extent of awareness and experience, and their willingness to try new work settings.
