Abstract/Summary
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the Mobile Unit Program of Virlanie Foundation in Divisoria, Manila. This was done through the developed criteria based on two methods. These methods are the Quality Compas and the UNICEF Program Evaluation. The programs beneficiaries were also consulted. The results of this study show that the Mobile Unit Program was found to be both efficient and effective. Based on the effectiveness and efficiency indicators, the quality of aid provided by the program brought optimal impact among the beneficiaries. The program was also found to be coherent with Virlanies principle of offering a helping hand to the poorest of the poor.
