Congress Registration

Registration Guidelines

  1. The 7th DLSU SHS Research Congress will be held on June 23 and June 25, 2025, on a hybrid and hyflex setup. The event is exclusive to Grade 11 and 12 senior high school students and teachers from Academic Year 2024–2025. Participation is also open to basic education institutions worldwide.
  2. Registration for this year’s Congress is divided into two parts.
    1. Registration as Student-Presenters: This form is intended only for students who received a Notice of Acceptance for Presentation. The form will only be accessible from June 2, 2025 to June 18, 2025.
    2. Registration as Student-Observers and Teacher-Participants: This form is intended for 1) students who wish to participate in the Congress events but do not intend to submit a paper for presentation; 2) students who received a Notice of Non-Acceptance but still wish to register as observers; and 3) teacher-participants who are interested in joining the Master class and other Congress events. The form will only be accessible from April 7, 2025 to June 18, 2025.
  3. Below are the non-refundable registration fees for student-presenters, student-observers, and teacher-participants. The payment details and instructions are included in the registration forms mentioned above.
    • Php 500 per student-presenter
    • Php 500 per student-observer
    • Php 750 per teacher-participant
  4. After the registration form is completed, the Communications Committee will send a confirmation email. This email will contain further instructions and invitations to Congress events. Student-presenters, student-observers, and teacher-participants who receive a confirmation email will be considered official participants. Therefore, student-presenters who receive a Notice of Acceptance but fail to register will not be permitted to present during the Congress, as the registration process is only considered complete after the payment of fees. The details for claiming the official receipt will only be sent to official participants.
  5. The registration fee shall cover the following:
    1. Book of Abstracts
    2. Certificate of Participation
    3. Certificate of Presentation
    4. Congress Proceedings
  6. On-the-spot registration will not be accommodated. Further inquiries shall be directed to the Communications Committee at shsresearchcongress@dlsu.edu.ph. Everyone is also encouraged to visit the Congress official website and Facebook page for regular updates.
