The 18th DLSU Arts Congress seeks to promote a space that welcomes everyone to explore their artistic potential, supported by the multidisciplinary framework of The Academy. Advances in science and technology offer new forms of collaborative human-to-human and human-to-AI practices that can fuel creativity and inspire the innovation of art with science and technology. How has art transformed across disciplines? What forms of art expression can we glean from science and technology? How do we develop the whole person through creativity? How do we utilize science and technology to enhance art appreciation in the AI era?

18th DAC Conference: Call for Papers

DAC invites submission of proposals for presentation: individual/collaboration, and panel. Extended Abstract (approximately 1000 words) must provide: short description, objectives, related work, framework and/or methodology, findings and conclusion. Submissions should be accompanied by the author’s (or authors’) bio-note (250-300 words) with contact information (email, mobile phone number).

Extended Abstract will undergo review by members of the Program Committee. Submitted full papers will undergo a process of blind peer review and will be published as research articles (3000-4000 words) in the Volume 9 of DLSU Arts Congress Proceedings (ISSN: 2012-0311). Citations and reference lists should follow the latest style prescribed by the American Psychological Association (APA).
