Abstract
The B.S. Agribusiness Program at the University of the Philippines-Los Baños (UPLB) was launched with the endview ofproducing trained manpower who can pursue and manage their own agribusiness enterprises in the countryside. However, it has been observed that most of the UPLB agribusiness graduates are not being recognized for their entrepreneurship activities. As a result of this shortfall in expectations, school administrators have expressed their concern if its agribusiness students have acquired the needed entrepreneurial competencies in college which are essential in propelling them to pursue self-employment undertakings in agribusiness. The mapping of the students and alternative program designs along relevant entrepreneurial competencies in multidimensional space is a significant input in the formulation of a strategy that can be adopted by UPLB to respond to the entrepreneurial competencу needs of its agribusiness college students.
