Abstract
I FEEL INDEED GREATLY honored to be invited to speak at this seminar on the "The Taiwan Experience in Entrepreneurship Development" sponsored by the prestigious De La Salle University. I am very happy to share with you the experience of entrepreneurs in the Republic of China. First of all, let me tell you the other purpose of my visit to Manila. I came here abouta week ago to attend the Fifth Joint Meeting of the Chinese-Philippine Business Council and the Philippine-Chinese Business Council. І brought over a delegation of more than 200 members who are prominent business leaders in our country. Our members had come to seek ways and means to further strengthen economic cooperation between our two countries.
