Abstract
Dr. Sun Yat-Sen's the Three Principles of the People has indicated a very right way to establish a new China. The guidelines for economic policy is based upon the "Principles of Livelihood." History has proved that only under right guidelines economic development of any country can reach expected achievement. Economic development in Taiwan, Republic of China, is a visible example. Within the period from the establishment of the Republic of China to the end of the Second World War, it had been very bad time. Our country had been in war for a long period of time and was politically unstable. There was no economic construction.
